the rooms decor was gorgeous. it was spotlessly clean and every detail was thought of. the breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very attentive.
the hotel was hot even with the heating turned off. noise from outside was terrible cause i had windows open. the bed linen felt scratchy, which i didn't like.

My experience was really good! The staff provided very nice service. They were genuinely attentive to every detail. The location was convenient. I easily accessed nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the immaculate condition of all the hotel areas.
The minibar prices seemed a bit high.

The hotel staff was cute. They walked me to my room to show the features. The breakfast selection was wonderful. The breakfast area is beautiful (I was especially impressed by the pastries). Dinner was wonderful at the on-site restaurant. The location is perfect for city exploration. The hotel provided easy access to many sights. The service was prompt and pleasant in the dining areas.
The bed linen was not to standard. I found it a bit scratchy.
